In basic education curriculum system, comprehensive practical activity curriculum is the most vivid course, and can above all reveal its educational value. Comprehensive practical activity curriculum in primary and secondary schools is a compulsory subject, which changes the previous social standard goal orientation, and will make developing complete person as its curriculum goal, changes the bad condition of the imprison of creative consciousness and practical ability of the students and teachers of Integrated Curriculum, encourages constructing the study style with the basic features of exploring independently and participating experience, break the isolation of the school between society, nature, the students themselves, communicate all life field of the students, and finally achieve completely the liberation of students, teachers and the school, thus this is the most radical reform of our country's basic education curriculum system. So, it can clarify some related theories of comprehensive practical activity curriculum guiding teacher's education philosophy and quality structure, and show clearly specific guidance method of the guiding teacher and their status, and thus it is necessary to put forward concrete measures.This writing studies some secondary schools in Changchun city, where we launched a one-year education research, mainly adopting questionnaire, case research method etc. The writing consists of four parts. The first part is introduction of topic source, topic significance and research method. The second part is theoretical investigation of the basic theory of comprehensive practical activity curriculum, teacher's education concept, professional attainments,teachers' role, teacher-student relationship etc. The third part discusses with true survey data and lively cases of Changchun junior middle school teachers the progress and defects related to teachers'education concept. The fourth part, aiming at teachers'present situation, analyzes the reason of current situation of the instructors in comprehensive practical activity curriculum. The fifth part interprets how to improve teachers'effective guidance from schools and teachers aspects with the background of education reform and teachers present situation.
