Therefore, the leadership of physical education teachers can not only identify the behavior of the factors that affect teaching effectiveness, or the future implementation of the reform of college physical education an important basis.In this thesis, the questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, the following conclusions:1. Students have different expectations of the leadership behavior of PE teachers are different, the main problems:more boys than girls in physical education physical education teachers expected by authoritative act, three sophomore students also expect more physical education teachers in the use of the authority of acts of physical, a large junior, sophomore physical education teachers also hope that the use of democratic behavior in the classroom behavior and laissez-faire.2. Students are perceived in different PE teachers there are differences between leadership behavior, mainly in:boys than girls in physical education to physical education teachers perceived more "authoritative conduct", science students than liberal arts students in physical education is more physical education teachers perceived "laissez-faire behavior ", freshman, sophomore students in the larger three physical education teachers perceived more "authoritative conduct" physical education teachers perceived less on the "laissez-faire behavior."3. College of Physical Education Teachers of different leadership behavior differences between the satisfaction of most of the students for physical education teachers of the "authority of the acts of satisfaction is not high on the "democratic practices "in higher degree of satisfaction. In particular in:male, liberal arts students, a freshman on the "democratic behavior ", "laissez-faire behavior " high degree of satisfaction, the "authority of the act " satisfaction is not high; girls, science students leadership behavior of three physical education teachers Satisfaction is not high, sophomore and junior students, "the authority of behavior " and "laissez-faire behavior' satisfaction is not high on the "democratic practices "in higher degree of satisfaction.
