"Three Full-Education" Moral Model Of New Period And Its Operating Mechanism

Educating students with top priority given to cultivating their moral integrity.College students are the hope and future of the country. For the socialist modernization,Moral education has great and far-reaching significance. Moral education is a system engineering, so it need to integrate moral education resources to form moral force, Which is not only the inherent need of moral development, but also the times of today's complex call for moral education. Thus, according to the requirements to Moral Education of the party and government, and contacting the actual era, the author attempted to explain the basic concept and its operation mechanism of the "three full-educating people"moral education model, so that it can formofmoral force and enhance the effectiveness of moral education.This article is divided into three parts. The first part explains the meaning of the "three full-educating people" and the significance of the model. To fully understand the meaning of the"three full-educating people",we should trace the origin,and above all should have clearly explained the background and the process of historical evolution of the concept of the "three full-Education"."Three full-educating people" concept put forward, from the reality of lack of effectiveness of moral education, but also of the party and government's requirements of the New Moral Education.Thus building the "three full education" moral model, is conducive to enhancing effectiveness of moral education, promoting innovation and development of moral education, improving the overall quality of students, and promoting comprehensive development of students.The second part discusses the meaning, elements, characteristics, basic concept and its theoretical basis of the "three full-Education pepole" model. "Three full-educating people"model include three parts,such as educating people through all people, educating people through the whole process and educating people Comprehensivly, which through focus on the core of educating people " to form a tight, three-dimensional and integrating moral model. "Three full-educating people"concept has a profound theoretical basis, with which the system theory, coordination of control theory of Ideological and Political Education and the comprehensive development of Marx's theories have inextricably associated inner link.The third part is the specific operations of which "three full-Education" model theory put into practice, but also the focus of this article. "Three full-educating people"model is not only rich in content, but also very practical operability. The author constructed operation mechanism of "three full-Education" mode from six aspects.Firstly it is the main body of educating people, and we established the mechanics of which we took the party committees as the leader and concerted efforts of all departments.Followed by the establishment of strict and scientific information management system, it can strengthen the information collection, analysis, and feedback of the moral systems in order to make a timely and effective regulation for the process of educating people.Mechanism improving the system again, we through established the systems such as integration, monitoring, evaluation, incentives and so on for the security of "three full-Education" mode.Again is to optimize the environmental mechanisms, including the construction of campus culture, improve infrastructure, capturing thel position of the network moral education and so on, in order to create a harmonious and healthy environment for students to grow.Then we grasped mechanism of classroom education as the main channels, played classroom-teaching as the main position, while carryied out variety of extracurricular activities, developed moral channels, and contacted home, school, community education, for forming a integrated moral system.Finally we helped students to develop the mechanismOf self-education, self-management and self-service. We mobilized the subjectivity of students and inspired students to self-education, self-management, self-service, by collective construction, with student groups, student union, postgraduate organization, guidance of big brother system, and role models of class cadre."Three full-educating people"concept is not a new moral concept,and some scholars have long been conducted its study and discussion. However, many previous scholars have focused on the practice, and many measures are repeated.This paper attempts to fully explain "three full-Education" model theoretically, and according to the actual to build operation mechanism of "three full-Education", by which it can combine the theory and practice in order to benefit the moral education.
