As China's market economy and the deepening of the continuous development of higher education, the society demands the specifications of college students'jobs that should be continuously enhanced. The employment situation of the students'will be also changed greatly. College students are the fresh troops of the construction of the socialist modernization, and their employment concerns to the stability and development of our country; it is related to the nation's future and the fate; It involves the vital interests of the majority of students and their families; It affects the status of the higher education; It is connected to the survival and the development of the colleges and universities. Therefore, the employment of the students'is one of the primary missions of the university. It must take great pains to be resolved.At present, the research of college students'career guidance already achieved some success, but constructive researches need to be strengthened. Although career guidance in the ideological and political education were pay attention to, but there was not enough research of this respect; career development theory gradually need to be taken seriously, but the level and depth of research need to be penetrated deeply and discussed. In short, previous research showed more about the achievements in theory, being lack of effectiveness; so the author believes that the establishment of a system of comprehensive and effective mode of employment guidance is imperative. This study mainly used the questionnaire method, examined the status of employment guidance and learned the situation of different grades of collage students'awareness of employment guidance and requirements, through making the sample of 437 students of Henan University. Based on the previous research of career guidance, it combined the concept of career development theory and tried to build a model of educational intervenes about college students'career basing on this theory, in order to discuss theoretically about the development of college students'career guidance. This study attempts to establish a model of educational intervenes about college students'career based on the concept of career development.The content as follows:1. Highlights the educational?direction?about?values of the life in the college students'ideological and political education: Through enriching and improving the content of ideological education, lay the foundation for the employment outlook of the students ,in order to build students'correct outlook on word ,life and values. By changing the ways and means of ideological education, to provide guarantee of building students'outlook of the word, life and career.2. Made the curriculum design of college students'career guidance emphasizing having their own businesses and the training of Entrepreneurship .Changed the ways of curriculum design ideas, promoted the students'ability of entrepreneurship and Innovation, improved the overall quality; improved course content, supplied students with a full range of education; adjusted the course structure, strengthen the practical ability of students, put the career development of students on the first stage in the course design.2. Students'career planning guidance focusing on the life-long development made life-long career education, provided students with a comprehensive and systematic career education guidance; established evaluation system to help students know themselves and have more clear understanding , school career guidance curriculum not only meet the needs of most students , but also meet the students individual requirements; guided students to develop career planning and give feedback regularly, students begin career planning based on interest,, from the interest to the profession, then from career to career, then opened the door to students of career planning; built a feedback mechanism in order to promote the career development of students : through establishing the career portfolio of student to record the students'course of receiving career planning and the status of students, promoted the development of students and improvement of school's related courses.
