The study chosed 60-69 years old men total 30 as the research object in Chaoyang Park of Changchun. These old men practicing simplified 24-type Tai Chi Chuan four times a week, and every time 1.5 hours, continuous 4 months. We used the cameras and foot pressure plates, obtained the men images before and after training normal Tai Chi Chuan sport each partition pressure of foot kinetic parameters kinematics parameter, and used sports statistics and sports biomechanics analysis methods to study the men after Tai Chi Chuan gait data, the Tai Chi Chuan affects older people gait characteristics of kinematics and dynamics, thus affecting the elderly gait characteristics of Tai Chi Chuan kinematics and dynamics, and to investigate Tai Chi Chuan for the elderly lower limbs kinematics parameters and the changes of kinetic parameters, Tai Chi Chuan for the elderly reveal the role of physical improvements designed to make a profound understanding that the majority of the elderly fitness effects of Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Chuan training to actively join the ranks. The main conclusions:1 In this research shows that the old kinematic features step significant changed longer, speed up the pace, single phase to time reduced after four months Tai Chi Chuan training; support The knee joint activities range increased significantly, and significantly reduced the step angle range of activities.2 In this research shows that after four months Tai Chi Chuan training to foot the district significantly below the peak pressure before training, the training after maximum pressure peak area is a foot, followed by sufficient with central and the sufficient with inside, and the youngest the peak pressure.3 In this research shows that the district impulse a significantly below than before training, left foot impulses the biggest foot division on the metatarsal bone 2 and the metatarsal bone3, a foot in the central, heel on the inside and outside a foot after four months Tai Chi Chuan training; Right foot impulse is the biggest area, and the second is the metatarsal bone 2, the metatarsal bone3and central foot.4 In this research shows that after four months Tai Chi Chuan training the old district foot contact areas are significant changed, the toe 1, the metatarsal bone2, metatarsal bone 1, foot inside with four before training after training, and less than 2-5 toe, the metatarsal bone 4, the metatarsal bone 5 four areas are higher than after training.
