Application Research Of Video Annotation In Sports Video Analysis

By testing, the system could efficiency improve the speed of information collection. In the help of the scripts of table tennis, the technical and technical information could be described completeness, and promptness. Achieving the on-the-spot techniques collected after the dynamic binding between technical and technical information and the video file.Research of video annotation:After getting the annotation content, by means of Table Tennis scripting language, the annotation might be a txt document, which is separated with the video file. The separation between them brings great obstacles for the video analysis and retrieval. To solve this problem, an approach was made to embed the information into video files and gives the specific process using standard AVI file as an example. As a result of the annotation process, the new video could apply to applications such as sports video analysis, statistical analysis of technical and tactical and contribute to the improvement of technical and tactical of the players.At last, the Sports Video Annotation System was achieved. By using this system, the technical and technical in sports video could be described completely and accurately and this system could be efficiently assist the analysis of sports based on sports video.
