The Research On Our Country's Administrative Accountability System

The administration accountability system refers to the control of administrative power. It is the product of development of democracy of China, its effective implementation is helpful to improve public administrative public awareness, to prevent abuse of power, and rational the government behavior.Based on present situation analysis, first summarize accountability system achievement and deficiency, then put forward path selection for the accountability system improvement.This paper will be divided into four sections:chapter 1 is the introduction.First,give an overview on the background and significance, then tell about the theoretical research situation,and finally puts forward the ideas and methods of this paper.Chapter two definate the basic connotation.In the first quarter combed the administration accountability system development process, from the dynamic process to understand the connotation and extension of the system.The second quarter based on the foreign and home scholars'research, define system related concepts of the administration accountability.The third chapter is the status quo analysis.On the analysis of this article from the static" legislation", and dynamic"the present practice "two aspects to interpret.Our laws and regulations relevanted with the administration accountability is messy, "present legislation situation analysis" focus on comb of the law.Moreover, the research on rule of the practice of accountability is less.This paper analyze and summarize through literature method to get the practice rules, then analyse the present problme of the system,Chapter 4 based on the above content,point out path selection for its improvement.Our administration accountability system construction needs track towards legalizing and standardization, and the problems should be devided into details,resolve them step by step.
