Economic globalization has become the current world trends.In the background of it, overseas direct investment are becoming the basic approach of economies links. Foreign direct investment flows and rapid change of the structure have important influence on one country's economic stability. China is a great foreign investment country of developing countries. From the angle of protecting and promoting the overseas investment, strengthening international competitiveness and status, China must further improve our country's protecting law of overseas investment, solve the problem that the overseas investment enterprise meets in overseas investment and improve overseas enterprise's management and administration, to promote the overseas investment development.
