Therefore, the appropriate solution of employment problem of the Handicapped has conclusive sensus, and also have monstrous realistic sensus and profound sensus to build the social and social stable relation of the socialism diapason.The research of employment problem of the Handicapped in my paper is the important parts in the whole disabled cause, For the maintenance of social stability and unity, the protection of the disabled population to participate fully in the social life of equality and sharing of material and cultural achievements of society are of great significance. In building a well-off society, the status of persons with disabilities is also important not to be ignored, If not well-off of the disabled population, there will be no well-off Chinese nation, and persons with disabilities to enter a well-off, first of all must be employment opportunities, to better integrate into mainstream society, to participate in social activities and improve living standards. In short, the employment of the disabled population, reflecting the degree of civilization of a society, I mean that disabled persons in economic life, social status and the spiritual world of the liberation and independence, showing that this part of the positive role of social forces. The disabled population in the existing research on the limited data, the scope of the study was small. By the China Disabled Persons Federation and the National Bureau of Statistics carried out a joint national ministries of the second national sample survey of persons with disabilities, followed by the codification of the Second China National Sample Survey on Disability for the overall national situation of the disabled population study possible. Conduct the second national sample survey of disabled people with the cause of the theoretical study and practical work of great significance. In order to improve the utilization rate of the survey data, this article as a reliable basis, look forward to further data analysis for the relevant academic field of reference.In this paper, employment of persons with disabilities in today's cutting-edge domestic ideas, concepts and results of rational analysis based on systematic analysis of expectations of the disabled population in China's employment status, problems and causes, countermeasures and suggestions for the detailed analysis. The third section describes the impact of the disabled in employment problems. Employment of disabled persons belonging to vulnerable groups, in respect of employment of the disabled and the able-bodied gap is very big, people on employment protection policy is very strong demand. Government and community responsibility for vulnerable groups is the lack of employment of persons with disabilities there are many problems in one of the main reasons: mainly embodied in the employment of disabled persons related to social policy is not perfect in regard to the implementation of supervision. In a market economy, the Government has one of the important functions is to protect the employment of vulnerable groups to help them to achieve the rights of labor and employment.Fourth, based in part on the results of the analysis of data from an academic point of view of the employment of the disabled population in a number of policy recommendations. We must strengthen the government to assist the employment of the disabled population in the responsibility of the Government to play in resolving the issue of vulnerable groups in the leading role. At the same time improve the disabled community awareness of social responsibility, the use of more social resources to protect the employment rights of persons with disabilities, promoting the disabled population in employment, the disabled and able-bodied people to narrow the employment gap and raise the employment rate of persons with disabilities and the quality of employment to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities, the achievement of the disabled population of"equality, participation and sharing"targets. Group for people with disabilities to create employment opportunities for people with more self-reliant, improve the level of awareness of their cause. Persons with disabilities to build a harmonious marriage and family, the cause of the disabled population to improve service capabilities, strengthening the participation of the disabled population in the community and so on.Concluded that employment is the people's livelihood.
