Since China has entered the new period of reform and opening up, many aspects ,such as politics ,economic and social structure has undergone tremendous changes. Of these changes ,the emergence and development of the private enterprises and their owners is the most eye-cathing change. Private economy has proved the legitimacy of its existence with its strong vitality and the irrefutable important role it played in national economy . At the same time , the private enterprises owners who had been divorced from the country's political system for a long time have gradually boarded the national political stage.And since then they began to play a more and more important part in our country.The owners of the private enterprises live in a very special environment ,and have a very flexuous history ,which made the political participation of them in China become extremely complicated. Based on the actual conditions of the owners of private enterprises ,this article attempts to analysis the participants, the system of paricipation , the way of participation and other aspects ,so as to find out the problens and shortcomings now existed.So we can seek some good advice and method to accelerate the process of insititutionalized and standardization of the political participation of private enterprises owners..
