There were two patterns of research on women movement in 1920s for a long time. One was revolution pattern. It was accustomed to bring women movement in this period into later revolutionary frame, and often focused on political events, parties' activity and so on. So it predigested women movement into a part of revolution, and neglected the developent of women movement itself. The other was feminism pattern. Though it noticed the serious relation between women and revolution, but it just settled on magnificent words because it was lack of consideration on social class as the same as revolution pattern. The aim of this paper is to discuss multidimension of social movement in the setting of revolution at the point of social crowd through analyzing the case of special crowd, organizers of women movement, who are intervenient between revolutionary parties and people.During the period of National Revolution, there was great women movement in the area of Hu Nan and Hu Bei by the control of Wu Han regime of Kuomintang. Most of organizers of women movement who were responsible of mobilisation came from educated female youth. To this women who accept the limited production of educational reform in the last decades of Qing Danysty, revolution was not only attractive, and also settled the problem of deficiency in employment and old pattern of marriage. These female organizers who were few in the number of women, contacted different women. On one hand, the difference between mobilizers and those being mobilized deepened self-identity of this group, on the other hand this difference made these female image too prominent.Revolution made these female organizers a new female elite, but its frequent change made female organizers feeble crowd. Qing government in 1927 made this female group be purged violently and break up. Identity politics was very important in this period, but these female organizers confronted the crisis of manifold identity, from which we can see the change trend of society structure.Revolution was always seen as a research of homogeneous acute alteration. However, to different groups, revolution had many faces. Research from the point of social crowd will help us get rid of simple dualism. We can realize subtile relation between revolution and society through experience of these female organizers, who is a group between revolutionary parties and people.
