Works Under The Economical Background The Countryside To Remain Behind To Take Care Of Things The Child To Educate The Question Research

Against the background of economy from rural workers, the rural workers are forced to leave their children at rural homes; their children become the children left in the countryside (CLC).Because of being left in the rural home by parents, the CLC is short of effective supervision and education from the parents in their life, study and behaviors, so the education problem to CLC comes into being. The education problem to CLC concerns the children's health growth, rural families' harmony and building of the socialist harmonious society and new countryside, so we must pay close attention to the problem and try to research to resolve it.So far, a lot of areas and departments have enforced the education and research to CLC,for example, the regional CLC problem research by the researching group in Gaoping district, Nanchong County, Sichuan Province. The Study on CLC problem by developing research department of China National Institution for Educational Research. The Investigation and Analysis on Right Protection and Socially Comprehensive Support to CLC is being taken by developing research institution of China Youth University for Political science. Some of these researches are being taken on, some have got initial achievement.The CLC problem is related so many complicated issues, to solve it well, we need take imbedded research. This paper takes comprehensively systematical research and summarization on background, signification, current situation, manifestation features and reasons of CLC educational problem, based on others researching achievements.By research, this paper has the following conclusion: To solve the CLC educational problems, the principles of public, difference, balance, science and legality must be followed; the self education to CLC must be enforced to cultivate them to self-dependence, self-management, self-controlling. These are the fundamental measures to solve the CLC educational problems.
