Studies On Multi-level Global Governance

Global governance, which takes on the feature of world integrity, intends to establish a multi-dimensional governance network with multiple actors on various levels in different dimensions. The public administration from different directions at different levels by multiple actors intending to realize common target, promoting universal interest is called multi-level global governance, which is a complicated structure composed of different actors, strength, state, international organizations, non-government organizations, transnational actors, and civil society. In such an interdependent world, it is necessary to solve international conflicts through cooperation. Facing various international problems, international organizations provide a platform to discuss and solve problems. Meanwhile, non-governmental organizations directly take part in, and solve many international problems, promote international democracy process. With the development of globalization, the central governing function of state accompanied by that of non state factors promote harmonious development of international society and human civilization.
