Study On The Economic Law Obiligation

In basic theory of economic law, economic law responsibility has been always thefocus of academic research. In this article, we research the fundamental problemswith the method of theory marriage with practice as follow: relevant concepts ofeconomic law responsibility, constitution, The detailed ways of responsibility bearing,and the realization of economic law responsibility. These problems have closeconnections, and form the basic theory of economic law responsibility. The authorthink that the economic law is a independent legal department, and have theindependent legal liability forms, economic law responsibility is a synthesis of civilliability, administration responsibility and criminal liability. It is the synthesizationand systematization of these kinds of responsibility, but some new adjusting modelscan also apply to economic law field. As to the constitution, we highlight on theeconomic law responsibility constitution under the dual responsibility of thegovernment economic management department and the market persons. As to thedetailed ways of economic responsibility bearing, we put out many special ways:government economy fault compensation, credit degradation, resignation for theundoes, qualification reduction and exemption, issuing forbids etc. As to therealization of economic law responsibility, this article put forward primarysuggestions of economic law suit on suit commence and judicial jurisdiction.
