Women's Rights is a part of Human rights. It is the duty for modern Human Right Act to protect Women's Rights. However, because of the influence of some factors, such as history, tradition and culture, the present situation of Women's rights is not so satisfying. Women's Rights does not be protected perfectly. International human rights law, as the most important law, does not suit the need to protect Women's Rights. According to this situation, from the aspects of international human rights law and the conception of Women's Rights, this paper investigated the content and characterization of Women's Rights, the necessity to protect it and the concerning regulations in international human rights, analyzed the existed problems of international human rights law in protecting Women's Rights, proposed some measures to perfect Women's Rights, and introduced domestic Women's Rights protection in briefly.Chapter One Summary on Women's RightsThis part mainly presented three questions.
