Women's Rights is a part of Human rights. It is the duty for modern Human Right Act to protect Women's Rights. However, because of the influence of some factors, such as history, tradition and culture, the present situation of Women's rights is not so satisfying. Women's Rights does not be protected perfectly. International human rights law, as the most important law, does not suit the need to protect Women's Rights.
