Post Management In The Public Sector

This thesis aims to shed light on a new subject in public administration—the management of posts in the public sector. Through the analysis of the public sector posts per se, the concept of the posts in the public sector is redefined, and their nature is thoroughly discussed in the paper. This paper also elaborates the significance of the post management, presents an in-depth analysis on the factors affecting the post management, and systematically proposes the general procedure and methods for it. Finally, the paper attempts to make some preliminary recommendations on how to promote the post management in the public sector in China.
