The Research Of Social Security For The Aged Peasants Who Lost Lands In The Progress Of Urbanization In Zhejiang

Land is a basic production element of the peasant. And it is also the basic ensure of their life. Urbanization is an important symbol of civilization. It is a essential condition to the progress of economy and society. It is a common phenomenon that a part of peasants lose their land in the progress of urbanization. In this point of view, the peasants are the important constructors and participators of the urbanization. They sacrifice for the urbanization. So they should be the beneficiaries of the urbanization. But in fact many lost land peasants do not benefit from the urbanization, because of the unfair land compensation policy for confiscating land. This unfairness is not equivalent to the great contribution they made in the urbanization progress.To those lost lands peasants, their most concerned thing is the old aged support problem. This thesis is discussing about this problem on the practice of the economic development in Zhejiang province. It describes the situation and problems of the aged support system of the lost land peasants. And then analyze the possibility and urgency of establishing the aged support system to those peasants who have lost their land. Also some suggestions are presented which are about solving the problems in the aged support. In the end author designs a mode in which social plan of aged support and manage personal account are run parallel. This mode not only expresses the fairness of the society, but also emphasizes the effect of every person' s effort. So it reduces the risk of the social aged support to a lowest level.
