In the end of Cold War, international situation is changing fast. The mighty of the United States in the international community and unpopular acts of Soviet hegemony lead to its disadvantage, coupled with the Soviet Union's domestic economic and institutional difficulties, making the Soviet Union to draw back around global arena and gradually lost its strategic position all over the world, including Afghanistan's strategic location. February 15, 1989, the last Soviet troops withdrew from Afghanistan. Soviet withdrawal from Afghanistan has brought a new turn to South Asia in situation and the changing of situation in South Asia has brought new opportunities to every country in South Asia. Pakistan, an important country in South Asia, because of the international situation changes, especially changes in the situation in South Asia, has some subtle changes. After the Cold War, Pakistan, although the frequent change of political power - from the Benazir Bhutto to Zardari now in power, political power from the family to military intervention - but its foreign policy has maintained a very high consistency. Its foreign policy according to the changed international situation and national strategies need to make minor adjustments. 9 ? 11 events is a watershed for the community. Pakistan's foreign policy remained stable, but also made some adjustments to adapt to the international situation and national interests. Overall, despite international changes, the foreign policy of Pakistan to China is strengthening all-weather partnerships; the foreign policy of Pakistan to the United States, ups and downs in relations with the United States, also made corresponding adjustments, gone from the Non-Aligned to the war on terror cooperation; to its old enemy India's foreign policy began to adjust, but the prospect of friendly relations between the two countries is not yet clear; to Muslim countries maintain good friendship, solidarity-based strategic alliance and expand its depth; the relationship between Western countries including Britain, to some extent influenced by the United States, there are major changes, but its foreign policy is to improve and strengthen relations with those countries. Because of the identity of geographic politics and Islamic countries, Pakistan's foreign policy after the Cold War is influenced by the United States, regional and domestic and other factors.
