A Study On The CPC's Internal Democratic Construction In The New Era

The CPC's internal democratic construction was especially raised in the 16th national congress of the CPC, for internal democracy is reliable protection for democratic rights of the party members and also is inherent requirements of socialist political civilization construction. And the CPC's internal democratic construction will play an important role in the development of people's democracy. The CPC's internal democracy is the life of the CPC and centralization is protection of the CPC power. And the CPC's internal democratic construction will be helpful in the construction of the harmonious socialist society. On the basis of the present situation of the CPC's internal democratic construction, it is raised that the party members education must be enhanced to increase awareness of democracy within the party, the party affairs should be open to enhance transparency of the CPC and the term system of the party representatives, system of selecting and appointing cadres and the system of inner-party supervision should further be improved.
