With the competition for the market and the changes of the information growing in magnitude, the enterprise groups' organization structures which are facing many new challenges need to redesign. Therefore, besides the theoretical value, the research on the design of the organization structure has manifested a new meaning to the reality.Form the forms, features, drawbacks of the organization structure in and out of China, the thesis discusses the development trend of the enterprise group organization. On the basis of investigation, this thesis analyses the existing problems on the design and running of the organization structure in LiangLi Group, and analyses the causes.Form the angle of reality, the thesis studies the premises of the design on the organization structure in LiangLi, which contain the constitute of the medium and long-term development strategy in group, the orientation of the core business, the selection of the control model inside; deal with the relations between parent company and filiale, subsidiary company correctly; combining with the principle in designing modern group's framework, the thesis designs the new organization structure for LiangLi group, and define the duty of the layer in policy-making and function, and designs the important posts; According to the control mode in company and subsidiary company at present, the thesis has chosen different control modes for the different business subsidiary of Liangli group.Finally, the thesis has discussed the corresponding measures on the running of the new organization structure in LiangLi Group: to perfect the standard and management system of the enterprise, to enforce system management, toestablish and perfect management information systems, realize management by network step by step, to strengthen the function of supervision and control, to create the learning type organization.
