The dissertation is about the channel conflict of PC industry. It focuses on channel conflict during the pc industry marketing progress and come to some plan to settle the channel conflict. At first, it introduces some new theory of channel conflict and channel management. And then, it analysis some special characters of PC industry and the channel model of PC marketing in China. On these bases, it comes to the conclusion of some constructive plan of how to settle and manage the channel conflict of PC industry. And then, with the case study of Legend, it tries to prove that these plans are useful for the PC producer to keep competition advantage. This lecture mainly uses the theory analysis to get the right conclusion and the use a case study to prove the conclusion. Besides of the knowledge of channel conflict, it uses the knowledge of Marketing and Logistics. This lecture is unique because its object-the PC industry channel conflict is the front line of the marketing channel field. The model of PC marketing is not only studied by the IT but also by other industry. This lecture can provide some ideas and methods for PC producer and it should be useful for other industry facing channel conflict.
