Study On Present Determine And Review And Developing Countermeasures Of SiChuans Small Towns

Town development is the important content of rural reformation and modernization in china; it is a driving power to speed up the progress of Chinese characteristic urbanization. Sichuan is an overpopulation, less land, complicated geography, and special actual condition province, located in the China inland with. Developing small towns strongly have important meaning to economic and social development healthily of Sichuan province. This paper is divided into six parts: The first part explains three kinds of comprehensions to "small town" concept, and select the exact concept and scope of "small town" fitting In this paper. The second part discusses the necessity and possibility of developing small town. The third part is to determine and review developing level of Sichuan small town. The next part firstly established a set of index system to evaluate "small towns" present condition, then make use of this set of index system to determine and review the developing condition of the Sichuan's small town in provincal and urban level, finally evaluated the calculation method and the index system. The fourth part is reason analysis to current situation of small town at beginning stage of development result of the third part .The fifth part put forward to countermeasures to promote Sichuan small town development from seven aspects on the basis of analysis and evaluation.
