21 century is an information age. With the globalization trend of economic competition, the great power of knowledge, enterprise faced with not only opportunity but also challenge. Outer changeable environmental factors, rapid development of technology, communication technology and micro-electronic technology made the information break the limit of space and time. IT penetrated every corner of the world. In order to get the competition advantage enterprise had to adjust and change to adopt these changes of outer environment.Faced with new competitive environment, informationization is the evitable choice of enterprise. Meanwhile, organizational change is an useful way to make enterprise show the power of information technology, improve its competition. Making research on enterprise informationization is benefit to demonstrate the great power of informational technology in enterprise. However, IT has different forms in different period of enterprise organization. It becomes an important problem of enterprise that how to sure the level of its organizational change. The paper puts forward the enterprise change model based on the theories of management and analyzes the interaction of these factors in the model, trying to do some research on the level of organizational change. Based the model we build the index system of organizational change and calculate the importance of these index so that we can sure the level of organizational change.This paper includes five parts.The first chapter simply explains the course of topic selection.The second chapter summarizes the theories of informationization, including the experts of domestic and abroad in different period from its original.The third chapter discusses the mechanism between the organizational change andenterprise informationization. The first part analyzes the relationship of IT and enterprise organization. The second part discusses the role of IT during the course of organization change and develops the enterprise change model, in which we interpret the factors.The forth chapter explores the relationship between IT and the magnitude of organizational change. It can be divided into three- level: the change of work flow, the change of organizational structure and the change of people.The fifth chapter puts forward the index system to define the level of organizational change, and applies the AHP to calculate the development order of these index.
