With its high-speed development, tourism industry has been playing a more important role in the national economy. In the meantime, however, the problems about the talent high flow in the tourism industry are increasingly obstinate. These not only brought about the loss of service skill and experience, but also threatened directly the enterprises' living and development. How to remain the valuable employees, to realize the optimal allocation and efficient use of HR, are the keys to every tourism enterprise acquire the competitive superiority for persistent and healthy development. This article makes the study of this urgent problem from the following four parts. At first, presented the academic achievements about the problem of the HR flow in home and aboard, and analyzed the practical factors affect the flow. Then, after investigating the current situation and tendency of the HR flow in tourism enterprises, made a synthetic analysis of its' reason with regard to factors such as tourism industry and enterprises' features, employees' characters, the surroundings and conditions of HR flow. The third part, emphatically brought forward the countermeasure for the tourism enterprises to realize the rational flow of the human resource, that is, by enhancing attraction, carrying out effective restriction and control, and putting dynamic management in practice. The fourth part makes an expectation of the new pattern of HR flow in tourism enterprises, that is, flexible flow.
