As the typical representative of the tourism product relying on resources, the traditional tourism product of China, which take the sightseeing product as the leading factor, forestall market relying on its advantage of the tourism resource. But the advantage is not the same as of the market. The aging phenomenon of the traditional tourism product has arisen gradually as the product become more and more mature: the boring function, the old content, the dull form, which can not adjust the demand of the modern tourists. This thesis establishes an innovation theoretical framework on the tourism product relying on resources through quoting the innovation theory: owning to the variety of the connotation, the tourism Tesources can comply with the demands of the changeable tourism market, update and renew its attractive factors, in order to turn the limited cycle of the evolution into a long-time periodic circle. The paper takes the Classical Gardens of Suzhou as the typical case, so as to put forward to the writer's opinion and suggestion on the innovation and development of the tourism product on the basis of the analysis of the constitution, circumstance, resource and the marketing condition on the product. The writer points out: to innovate the product, hoist the quality, increase the competition is the crux of the traditional tourism product to obtain the motivation of the development.
