Research On Sustainable And Balanced Development Of Regional Economy In Yufeng District Of Liuzhou

With the revival of the world economy and the rectification of economic structure, we're in the face of new challenges. The focus is to buildup our competitive power. By observing the development of world economy, we can find the equilibrium of regional economy development is relative. The key is how to keep the region discrepancy in a reasonable limit, which need us to estimate the degree of harmony of regional economy development scientifically.This article is on the background of west exploitation strategy and the challenges we face in society, economy, population, resource, environment, and discuss the theories of regional economics, sustainable development and the degree of harmony systematically. And then the author compared the theory and method of regional economy and sustainable development in and out of our country. On the base of all the theories, we put forward the principle, process and method to evaluate the degree of harmony of regional economy development. Using the analysis of key element, the analysis of independence and analystic hierarchy process (AHP), the author measured the degree of harmony of regional economy development quantificationally. Presenting yufeng, liuzhou, guangxi as an example, the author established an index system to research all the factors influencing regional economy development, picked out the bottleneck limiting the development of yufeng and finally gave corresponding advices. The author believes the index system presented in this article will have referenced significance to the development harmoniously of the west.
