The Theory And Practice Of Regional Tourism Integration--Case Study On Lancang_Mekong River Sub_region

Based on the principle that tourism is one part of region economy .region economy integration leads to integration of regional tourism. The clue and framework of the article is that "why does regional tourism need integration, then what is Regional tourism integration, finally how to make regional tourism integration " .Part one will answer the question "why regional tourism need integration" from three different aspects: 1) Tourism integration will be benefit to the development of regional economy;2)The rationality and inevitability of Lancang-mekong river sub-region tourism integration, its objectivity and practical significance, its urgency and stagnation;3)integration will dominate the future of the sub-region tourism.. Part two summarizes the research on economy integration, the study on lancang-mekong river sub-region and tourism integration. Part three answers the question "what is regional tourism integration" , and presents the theory of international regional tourism integration. Proofed by the phenomena and practice of the existing cooperation of international regional tourism, Part three will research the character, symbol, content, effect of international regional tourism integration in the light of the theory of economy integration and tourism. From Part four to Part seven, the thesis will have a case study on the tourism integration of Lancang-mekong river sub-region .where the tourism year-growth ratio has reached to 8.9%. The case divides into four sections :1)The general situation of the sub-region tourism, the integration situation and the states quo of the sub-region tourism;2)The integration environment of the sub-region tourism, which includes the stimulative and restrictive factors influence the integration;3) the strategy of the sub-region tourism integration, which is composed of policy integration, market integration, enterprise integration and product integration;4)The development prospect of the sub-region tourism integration in terms of its width and depth. Part eight gives a conclusion of the research, presenting out the major statements, innovation and limitation of the research.
