As one of the most significant young composers in China, Qin Wenchen and his music have gradually attracted more and more attentions of musical fields in China and around the world. He always sticks to his own language style and actively carries out various explo-rations at the matter of "musical nationalization".Concerto for cello & orchestra "Dawn" is the works created in 2008 for "Shanghai Spring International Music Festival" and also another great works after he created the orchestral music, "Pilgrimage in May" in 2004.Starting from technical angle and through the further analysis on this cello concerto, author has studied how to integrate the national music factors which have profound influence and thereby form the modern musical works with national characteristics while applying western composing technique. The analysis and discussion of "implicit structure" technique in the work is the main point of this paper. In the analysis, the main object is the specific technique applied in the treatment of the presentation of structural phrases and the relationship between them——not only adding free, improvisational and "essay-style" characteristics of musical presentation, but also strictly controlling core materials to form uniform structural force. In light of the tec5al technique in the works, author has detailedly analyzed and studied the pitch organization, rhythm control and characteristics of orchestral music and then summarized the main technical technique to add "implicit structure" of Chinese traditional music from the rhythm development of voice part of cello solo and the treatment of relationship between it and the sound of band. Author hopes to make a primary exploration and conclusion of the musical style of Qin Wenchen through studying these related techniques.
