Foucault is an famous philosophy, his thought is collected on the base of other influenced modern philosophers'thoughts, who mixed the quintessence of various kinds of thoughts together, setting up one's own theory. Foucault's theory has great changes in his period of theory stage and this is the pulse vessel through which t his thought theory is developed. My paper pay an attention to the Foucault's power view because his power theory has a turning implication in his whole thought, and also is his representative part of his "negative"thought. In his power view, he especially represents micro-power and spends the genealogy method and space analysis angle of power, so reveal the universality and characteristic of micro power for us. Just because of his power theory, his critical thought to modernism may be more constructive and criticizing. Foucault interpret modernity as " a kind of attitude ", but not a" historical period ", it is not a time concept. This means that Foucault doesn't regard modernity as an regular and unanimous question but as a whole critical concept. Of course, this concept just possess an universality, and in the social system, universality does not have other meanings, only enable becoming constantly changeable possible to a kind of anticipation, which have shown a kind of historical course. As to the university, Foucault just reject the non-historical meaning which is had traditionally, but achowledges the university who is interpreted by Drewse.All this means that he only challenge the outline of universality but not universality itself. In fact, the meaning of post-modernity integrates and coexists the ancient times, modern times and post-modernity times,. In this way, Foucault embraces the ancient times, modern times and post-modernity times into his overall critical structure. In the critical process, he fuse all aspects and point the way for his theory that he expresses a new resist philosophy finally and return and enter into one new aesthetic life style.. Foucault put his eyes on the micro-power theory, in his modern critical process, and the micro-power has his social conditions in its formulation, firstly the national operation and secondly the formulation of the relevant knowledge systems. The new gorvenmantality in these new systems must need a space element. In Foucault's eyes, the space is key that helps the power and knowledge transfer into the practical power. In this stable space transformation, the way of power's operation changes tremendously from the tradition to its reverse aspect. The power does not depends on the rough resign but on the special space position. By this way, we can say the space element is key for this change. So Foucault revive the research to the space just coming from the ancient Greek and he has a importance position in this change. By the utilizing the analysis tool and the means, micro-power, which is Foucault want to announce mainly, is come out too, this part also is Foucault's most successful a part .In his analyzing process, the most important element is relationship between the different powers which is positive but not dead, and Foucault accept not to the economic analyzing model. From this way, Foucault put the micro-power into the central core. We may be finding out that Foucault's estimate to the modern power is neutral and no standpoint.
