| Objective: To observe the fu gong zhi xue casule on early medical abortion bleeding serum estrogen, endometrium, decidua estrogen receptor, uterine volume, clotting time, the whole weight of the uterus to explore the fu gong zhi xue casule bleeding after medical abortion-related mechanisms.Methods: Selection 2 months old female SD rats were 80, 40 male SD rats, according to vaginal smears, select estrus females by male and female ratio of 2:1 together cage. Pregnant rats at 48 randomly selected, divided into six groups: control group, model control group, Motherwort control group, low dose fu gong zhi xue casule grou, multiple dose fu gong zhi xue casule grou, high dose fu gong zhi xue casule group. 7 days of pregnancy, in addition to the blank control group were administered with mifepristone (8:00) and misoprostol (18:00 pm) and a small cotton ball with vaginal packing and made the second day, the medicine abortion was successful if there was blood stain on the cotton bal in the following morning. After the modeling, were treated with saline, Motherwort Medicine, Fu Gong bleeding capsules low, medium and high doses administered for consecutive 5 days, daily vaginal tampons for collection, determination of uterine volume. 13 days of pregnancy we draw blood from angular vein by glass caillary to detect coagulation time , then the rats were killed, scales for the whole uterus wet weight, The serum E2 were detected by radioimmune method, and the ER levels in decidua tissue were detected by Immunohistochemistry methed.Results: 1. On the bleeding amount of impact: compared with the control group the model group, Motherwort control group, every dose groups of fu gong zhi xue casule, increased significantly (P <0.05); Motherwort treated group, multiple dose groups of fu gong zhi xue casule compared with the model group significantly reduced blood loss (P <0.05), the high dose of fu gong zhi xue casule reduced the most. 2. On the impact of uterine wet weight: control group, Motherwort control group, fu gong zhi xue casules of uterine wet weight of each dose group lower than the control group (P <0.05), fu gong zhi xue casules, the high and multiple dose group of uterine wet weight less than model group (P <0.05), while the control group Motherwort, u gong zhi xue casules low dose group and model group, uterus weight was no significant difference (P> 0.05). 3. On the clotting time: motherwort control group was significantly longer than model grou (P <0.05); fu gong zhi xue casule multiple group and model group decreased (P <0.05); fu gong zhi xue casule low dose group , fu gong zhi xue casule high dose group and model group, no difference (P> 0.05), fu gong zhi xue casule groups compared with the Motherwort control group, have differences (P <0.05). 4. E2 on the serum levels of estrogen effect: The level of serum E2 on control group was higher than the other groups (P <0.05), and there is no significant difference (P> 0.05)of serum E2 levels on Motherwort control group , fu gong zhi xue casule groups and model control group. 5. Endometrial tissue of each group of estrogen receptor ER expression control: the average OD value of control group lower than the other five groups (P <0.05), there was no significant difference ( P> 0.05)between Motherwort control group and model control group a, the average OD value of fu gong zhi xue casule groups, higher than the model group and Motherwort control group (P <0.05), which the high dose fu gong zhi xue casule group was most significant (P <0.01), and has a relatively dose-dependent relationship. Conclusion: 1. The fu gong zhi xue casule can reduce the drug flow capsule bleeding clotting time in rats, reducing uterine wet weight after medical abortion, promotion drug flow rat uterine villi and decidua discharge, reduced amount of rat uterine bleeding. 2. fu gong zhi xue Casule on medical abortion bleeding serum E2 had no significant effect. 3. fu gong zhi xue casule by regulating endometrial bleeding estrogen recetor ER rotein to accelerate intimal reair in order to achieve reduction of rolonged bleeding after medical abortion uroses. |
