Statistical analysis:The statistical software SPSS17.0 processing, measurement information and data to mean±standard deviation (x±S) said that the use of t test; count data using chi-square test; level data analysis using Ridit. p<0.05 to have significantly different;p<0.01 indicated a significant statistical difference;p>0.05 indicated no statistical significance.Results1. Shen Mai injection of alprostadil treatment of diabetic nephropathy IV stasis of Qi and Yin deficiency group effectual treatment group,7 cases clinically effective in 11 cases and ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 90%; control group, the effective in 3, clinically effective in 11 cases,8 cases, total effective rate was 70%, the clinical control group markedly 0, clinically effective in 6 cases,14 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 30%, compared 3 groups were significantly different effect (p<0.05), treatment and control groups were better than the control group, treatment group than the control group.2. The results show that:Shenmai inje ction can significantly reduce the time Kay diabetic nephro pathy of Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome IV uri ne protein excretion, thereby reducing urine protein and lo wer blood fat, improve hemodynamics in patients, to promote the body microcirculation, improve renal function, reduced kidney damage, effectively delay the deterioration of renal function.4.
