The Research On Clinical Experience Of Famous Traditional Chinese Doctor Yang Jufen Therapy On Infertility Of The Type Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of tonify the kidney and invigorat the spleen to eliminate dampness method on infertility of the type of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) treated by famouse traditional Chinese medicine doctor Yang Jufen, analyzing and probing the clinical experience of Yang Jufen's therapy on infertility of the type of PCOS.Method:30 cases suffering from infertility of the type of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome in out-patient clinic which were treated by famouse traditional Chinese medicine doctor Yang Jufen of Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM during January 2009 to March 2010 were selected.30 cases of patients were given tonify the kidney and invigorat the spleen to eliminate dampness on oral decoction of Chinese medicine(Three months for a course,observation of three courses).Through observate the improve of menstruation,Chinese medicine syptom, Body mass index,the reconciliation of serum level of hormounes and final pregnancy to evaluat the general clinical efficacy of tonify the kidney and invigorat the spleen to eliminate dampness therapy treated on infertility of the type of PCOS,analysis the clinical experience of Yang Jufen's treatment of this disease.Results:30 cases of patient's score of the menstrual cycle,volume,color before and after the treatment compared is significantly decreased(P<0.05),has statistics differences.30 cases of patients with Chinese medicine syptom score before and after the treatment compared is significantly decreased(P<0.05).30 cases of patients with BMI before and after the treatment compared is decreased(P<0.05).30 cases of patient's serum five hormone of T,E2,LH,FSH levels before and after treatment compared(P<0.05), has statistics differences,show that tonify the kidney and invigorat the spleen to eliminate dampness therapy can decreased serum T and LH levels,effectively improve the level of serum E2 and FSH,and correct the serum T,E2,LH,FSH levels.8 cases of patients have finally pregnant,pregnancy rate is 26.7%. General clinical efficacy:cure rate is 26.7%,improvementrate is 60%,inefficient is13.3%,total effective rate is 86.7%.Pregnancy patients without a case had abortion during follow up 3 months.Conclusion:The clinical effect of tonify the kidney and invigorat the spleen to eliminate dampness method on infertility of the type of (PCOS) treated by famouse traditional Chinese medicine doctor Yang Jufen is significant. This therapy can corret the delayed menstruation,regulate the volume and color of the menstruation,improve the Chinese medicine syptom, reduce patient's weight,revise serum five hormone of T,E2,LH,FSHlevels. pregnancy rate is 26.7%, total effective rate is 86.7%. The clinical experience of famouse tradinional Chinese medicine doctor Yang Jufen's therapy on infertility of the type of PCOS has a good guide and promote clinical application value.
