Objective:Through analyzing the expression situation of the necrosis factor of tumour-α(TNF-α),the metal protease of ground substance-9 (MMP-9),Ligand of receptoractivator of NF-κB(RANKL)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the bon tissue, observing the function of add or subtract Yanghe decoctum to regulate the immunity, inhibit joint inflammation and ossicle from destroying, to analyze their parts of function mechanism from cells and the molecule level tentatively.Method:Adopt the method that combine Proteoglycan+go with Fletcher's adjuvants+cold wet factor to make the type of AS animal's model suffer from a deficiency of the kidney cold and wet. Adopt SP law of immunity organ chemistry technologic to measure TNF-α,MMP-9,RANKL,TGF-β's expression situation in the bone tissue. Adopt SPSS16.0 statistical analysis software.Result:According to expression of TNF-α,positive cell count statistical analysis reveals LuJiaoPian group, model group, MaHuang group, compound group, GuiZhi group comparing with negative group, and compound group, GuiZhi group are compared with model group, P<0.05, has prominent statistics differences. Positive area statistical analysis reveal MaHuang group, LuJiaoPian group, GuiZhi group, compound group, model group compare with negative group, P<0.05,there are prominent statistics differences. Total mere density statistical analysis reveal MaHuang group, LuJiaoPian group, GuiZhi group, compound group, model group compare with negative group, P<0.05,there are prominent statistics differences.According to expression of MMP-9, positive cell count statistical analysis reveals that MaHuang group, LuJiaoPian of group, compound group, GuiZhi group comparing with negative group, and MaHuang group, compound group, LuJiaoPian group, GuiZhi group, negative group are compared with model group, P<0.05, there are prominent statistics differences.Positive area statistical analysis reveals GuiZhi group, LuJiaoPian group, MaHuang group, model group comparing with compound group,and LuJiaoPian group, MaHuang group, model group are compared with negative group, P<0.05,have prominent statistics differences. Total mere density analyze, reveals MaHuang group, compound group, model group, LuJiaoPian group, GuiZhi group comparing with negative group, P<0.05, there are prominent statistics differences.Conclusion:(1)Compound group, GuiZhi group, MaHuang group and LuJiaoPian group in TGF-β,RANKL expression are belower than model group, and it point out Yanghe Decoctum and its single drug can effectively descend TGF-β,RANKL immune function, inhibit joint inflammation and bone destruction in remarkable curative effect. (2) Compound group and GuiZhi group in TNF-P expression are belower than model group, and Yanghe Decoctum can effectively descend TNF-αimmune function, and drug GuiZhi's efficacy especially prominent. (3) Compound group in MMP-9 expression which belower than GuiZhi group,MaHuang group and LuJiaoPian group were not only hint that Yanghe Decoctum can effectively descend MMP-9 immune function, and the compound curative effect is significantly better than any single drug blindly.
