| Objective To explore the relationship of Stasis heat and erosion in gastric by literature study and clinical research, it will provide us the theoretical basis for treating chronic gastritis with erosion by Qingrehuayu recipe. Treat chronic gastritis with erosion with Qingrehuayu recipe based on the syndrome differentiation, observe the clinical effect and the effect of improving the gastric mucosa, in order to clarifying the pathogens and pathogenesis and increasing the clinical efficacy. Methods Collect 60 identified cases with chronic gastritis with erosion from Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM during May 2009 to March 2010, which are divided into two groups at random. The patients in each group who infect Helicobacter pylori should be given to eradicate Hp (Omeprazole 20mg, Amoxicillin 1000mg, Metronidazole 400mg,2 times one day, treatment for a week). The treatment group (30 cases) is given Qingrehuayu recipe combining with syndrome differentiation; the control group (30 cases) is given Omeprazole (20mg daily 1),2 months for a course of treatment. Observe a treatment, compare the improvement of symptoms before treatment,1 month, after treatment, and compare endoscopic performance before treatment and after treatment, analysis the clinical effect.Result Comparing the effect of improving clinical symptoms with two groups such as stomach pain, fullness in epigastria, belching, loss of appetite and fatigue, there is significant difference between the treatment and control group(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in the noisy symptoms(P<0.05). Both groups can improve the therapeutic effect and the performance of erosion in gastric mucosa, while the treatment group is better than the other (P>0.05). The situation of flat erosion in gastric mucosa is also better than protruding erosion (P<0.05).Conclusion Stasis heat is the basic pathological factors of chronic gastritis with erosion. It is an effective therapy of chronic gastritis with erosion that clear heat and remove stasis combining with syndrome differentiation. |
