Objective:According to the Chinese constitution in patients with uveitis type, observing Physique characteristic of the uveitis patients and its relationship with clinical features, in order to further explore the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Clinical features of the uveitis patients, and provide the theory in the medical diagnosis and classification and treatment of the uveitis。Research Methods:54 cases of uveitis are registered according to observations table, which based on the Physique theory of traditional Chinese medicine, divide the cases into normal quality, quality of deficiency of vital energy, quality of deficiency of Yang, quality of deficiency of Yin, wet quality of Phlegm, damp and hot quality, blood stasis quality, qi-depression type and special inherited type; In accordance with the symptoms and systemic of patients, and based on the《People's Republic of China of Traditional Chinese Medicine industry standard-the standard in diagnosis and effect of TCM Syndrome》(ZY/TO01.1-001.9-94), divide the cases into Wind-heat of the Liver type, Liver and gallbladder damp type, Rheumatism of the fire type, Yin asthenia causing fire type, Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney type; according to observations table, study the Western disease characteristics; Through the statistical result, analyze the characteristic of Traditional Chinese Physique of the uveitis and the relationship with its clinical manifestation。Research Result:Its pathologic physique Proportion order from high to low:Dmap and hot physique account forl8.5%, deficiency of Yang physique account for18.5%, qi-depression type account forl4.8%, normal physique account for14.8, deficiency of Yin physique account for11.1%, deficiency of vital energy physique account for9.3%, phlegm wet physique account for7.4%, blood stasis account for5.6%。The most pathology physique of the youg patients with uveitis is the solid physique,But the most pathology physique of the old-age patients with uveitis is the deficiency physique。The more physique of the female patients with uveitis is the deficiency physique,especially the deficiency of Yang physique, and the more physique of the male patients with uveitis is the solid physique,especially the dmap and hot physique。The extend of aqueous opacity and the vitreousopacity and the swollen of fundus haven't obvious positive correlation with each pathologic physique of vitreous o Among the Liver and gallbladder damp type, dmap and hot physique is tallest。Among the Yin asthenia causing fire type, deficiency of Yin physique is tallest。Among the Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney type, deficiency of Yang physique is tallest。Conclusion:Uveitis is correlated with TCM Constitution types, abnormal constitution is common in dmap and hot physique and deficiency of Yang physique; The extend of aqueous opacity,vitreousopacity and swollen of fundus haven't obvious positive correlation with each pathologic physique of vitreous; The TCM constitution and dialectical types have a certain and inside relativity, which can possess the guiding sidnificance for the prevention and treatment of uveitis。...
