Objective:To explore the influence of the electron excitation of dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus (DMV) on intestinal myoelectric in the Electrophysiological point of view, we oberserve the change of intestinal interdigestive myoelectric complex in the condition of electron excitation of DMV compared with the normal intestinal myoelectricity, as well as the change of blood flow in mesojejunum microcirculation through the technique of localization of nerve corpuscle and the method of electric stimulation.Methods:1. Experimental animal:wistar rats, maleness, body mass:254±6g2. The localization of DMV and fixture of electrode:rout anesthesia, then place rats on stereotaxis instrument, localize the right DMV according to the stereotaxic atlas, and Perforate crinial bone at the projective site of DMV. The parameter of electric stimulation:the width of wave:0.3ms,intensity:0.2 mA, Frequency:50Hz, stimulus duration 40s.3. DMV electro-destroyed and example manufacture:localize and fix the stimulating electrode as method above-mentioned,and destroyed the DMV with electric current:1 mA, 100Hz,10s. the brain of rats was fixed in 10% formaldehyde solution. Make the brain chip to ascertainment the stimulating site according to the atlas.4. Measurement of intestine electric activity:Absoluted diet for 12 hours, rout anesthesia, gave laparotomy on median ventral, exposed jejunal, put electrode with two needles into ectoptygma, and the distance between two needles was about 2mm.Connected with BL-410 biological function experimental system, and measured jejunal electric activity before DMV stimulation and after, record and analysis intestinal myoelectric index.5. Measurement of microcirculation of mesenterium:Absoluted diet for 12 hours, rout anesthesia, rats were placed on microstat at lateral decubitus. Measure the microcirculation after and before DMV-stimulation with BI-2000 microcirculation video recording system. 6. Statistical analysis:Statistical software SPSS 11.5 was used. The differences of intestinal myoelectric index and blood flow rate of microcirculation before and after DMV-electric-stimulation was compared by paired t test,Results:1. The intestinal myoelectricity of rats with DMV-electric-stimulation compared with control group:the con-active phase time was increased (P<0.01),the number of spike potentials per minute in active phase and was increased.2. The intestinal myoelectricity of rats with DMV-electric-stimulation compared with control group:the cycle time was shorten. The active phase time/circle time was increased.(P<0.05)3. The blood flow rate of microcirculation of jejunal esenterium of rats with DMV electric-stimulation was increasing (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In rats with electron excitation of DMV, the con-active phase time was increased, the number of spike potentials/min in active phase was increased the DMV with electrical stimulation increased the intestinal myoelectricity2. In the rats with electrical stimulation on DMV, the IMC time course was shorten; the proportionality of between the active phase and the cycle time, all of which demonstrated that the evacuation of intestinal tract was increased, which is based on the shorten of the resting phase.3. In the rats with electrical stimulation on DMV, the blood flow rate of the microcirculation of jejunal esenteriumis was increased, which demonstrated that DMV with electrical stimulation resulted in the change of haemodynamics of mesenterium microcirculation.
