Study On The Factors Influencing QoL In Parkinson Patients

0bjective:To Learn quality of lifea( QoL) status in patients with Parkinson disease(PD) in Chongqing , in order to evaluation of clinical effect and the effect of prevention interventions; to study the main factors influencing quality of life; to find increased quality of life in patients with Parkinson's methods to use in clinical.Methods: Use of medical outcome study(MOS SF-36),unified Parkinson's disease rating score (UPDRS) and Hoehn—Yahr scale in 63 patients with Parkinson's disease to assess QoL(UPDRSII). SPSS17.0 software was used to assessment the scale score for statistical analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis was used to select the with the factors most obviously having effect in QoL of PD.Results : The spearman correlation analysis showed that the significantly correlated factors on QoL in Parkinson's patients were physiological function, restrictions on the physiological function of disease, energy, social function, emotional, psychological, psychiatric / behavioral / emotional, exercise, treatment of complications, Hoehn—Yahr scale( P<0.01).The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the greatest influencing factors on QoL in Parkinson's patients were physiological function and Hoehn—Yahr scale.Conclusion:Physiological function and Hoehn—Yahr scale are the major factors affecting QoL in Parkinson's disease patients。therefore, attentions should be taken in the courses of treatment to improve patients'mobility and disease symptoms, delay disease progression in order to increase the patients'quality of life.
