Objective:Investigate the effect of cardiac electrophysiological activity and survival conditions of transplanted tissue affter sinoatrial node and atrial tissue autologous transplantation.Hope to probe new methods for developing cardiac biological pacemaker.Methods:In experimental groups, the sinoatrial node and atrial tissue were cut off and autotransplanted into right ventricular wall respectively. In control group ,only an incision was made but not transplantation. The changes of surface electrocardiogram(ECG) and myocardial local monophasic action potential(MAP),also histological information of transplanted donor and recipient were observed at 0,1,2,3,4 weeks after transplantation. Experimental data was analyzed with SPSS17.0 statistical software. Differences were considered to be statistically significant when the P-values were less than 0.05.Results:â‘ The autotransplanted sinoatrial node tissue lived.But they didn't form an effective connection with local cardiac myocytes to pace heart.â‘¡Sinoatrial node tissue autologous transplantation can slow down rats'heart rate and cut down the amplitude of QRS wave. They also decreased the maximum rate of depolarization (Vmax) and the maximum rate of repolarization(VmaxV) of MAP.The transplanted sinoatrial node tissue could not play a role in ventricular ectopic pacing. We didn't observe any arrhythmia in this group,such as frequent premature ventricular beats,ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation,and so on.â‘¢The autotransplanted atrial tissue lived too. We have not found any arrhythmia yet,like frequent premature ventricular beats,ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation,and so on.The action potential duration(APD), Vmax, VmaxV,and other main indexes of MAP in this group were similar with that in control group.Conclusion:â‘ Sinoatrial node tissue autologous transplantation to rats'ventricular wall could not cause frequent premature ventricular beats,ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation.The main indexes of autotransplanted sinoatrial node tissue local MAP were similar with that in control group.They could not induce heart ectopic pacing.â‘¡Atrial tissue autologous transplantation to rats'ventricular wall could not cause frequent premature ventricular beats,ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation. It provided an important basis for repairing cardiac damage with atrial tissue autologous transplantation.â‘¢The autotransplanted sinoatrial node and atrial tissue can survive,but not forming effective gap junctions with local cardiac myocytes...
