Effects Of Deanxit In Treatment Of 87 Cases Of Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders Combined With Anxiety Or Depression

Objective :To observe the clinical effects of Deanxit in treatment of the cases of functional gastrointestinal disorders combined with anxiety or depression.Methods : Eighty-seven patients of functional gastrointestinal disorders combined with anxiety or depression were divided into two groups: (1) Treat group (n=41) received routine medicine and Deanxit; (2) control group (n=46) received routine medicine.They were all observed for 8 weeks.0, 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks after treatment, every patient was made scores of 9 gastrointestinal symptoms and a level of therapeutic efficacy, and assessed by HAMD, HAMA. Adverse effect was also observed.Results: In both groups the scores of 9 symptoms ,HAMD and HAMA were all lower after treatment,and the treat group was superior (P<0.05) .Otherwise, the therapeutic efficacy of treat group was superior to that of control group (P<0.05) .There was no serious adverse effect in treat group. Conclusion: It showed that Deanxit can improve symptoms largely in the patients of functional gastrointestinal disorders combined with anxiety or depression,including psychic and somatic symptom.The result depicted that Deanxit had much safe.
