| Objective: To observe the distribution,spatial orientation of the valve in femoropopliteal segment vein of lower extremity deep vein and measure the diameter of special point for clinical diagnosis, operation with deep venous system to provide morphological reference of anatomical and imaging .Methods: On dissecting the 25 (50 sides) the femoropopliteal vein in the lower extremity deep veins of the body's wet specimens and observed morphology, spatial location, distribution of the valve and diameter of the special point, Besides measured the data; Observed the femoropopliteal segment vein valve shape, spatial orientation and diameter of the special point in the deep venous's anterograde and retrograde contrast of 78 patients and analyzed.Results: Femoropopliteal vein valve number of (3.74±0.852), mainly in the shares of triangle, adductor canal and popliteal area district be less; the first pair of valve of superficial femoral vein be bileaflet valve mainly , accounting for 91.3% of the total; in spatial orientation on the valve, bileaflet valve sagittal occurrence rate of 81.2%; the space between the base of pair of leaves between 1.0-1.5mm; Observating the femoropopliteal valve during the imaging process in the lower limbs, Bileaflet type accounted for 92.2%;Conclusion: The familiar with the anatomy and imaging features 0f the femoropopliteal segment in the deep vein should be the important clinical significance.to use reasonable clinical surgical ,to operate the deep vein surgery safty and to improve the curative effect... |
