Clinical Research On The Effect Of Acupuncture On Intracerebral Hemorrhage Stroke Patients Operated With Micro-Invasive Surgical Therapy

Objective:1.To evaluate the effectiveness of the acupuncture treatment in improving the neurological deficit of these intracerebral hemorrhage patients operated with micro-invasive surgical therapy.2.To evaluate the effectiveness of the acupuncture treatment in improving the consciousness of these intracerebral hemorrhage patients operated with micro-invasive surgical therapy.3.Discussion the correlation and the significance between plasma NSE and NIHSS or GCS in the patients of intracerebral hemorrhage.4.Discussion the mechanism of the acupuncture treatment in these intracerebral hemorrhage patients operated with micro-invasive surgical therapyMethods:Forty patients after operatoin in good incordance with the inclusion criteria were accepted,among of them the twenty were included in the group with regular therapy and acupuncture treatment (named the treatment group,the same the following),the rest were in the regular- therapy group(named the control ,the same the following).Until the forth day,when the living sign of the treatment group patients were steady,the acupuncture treatment was admitted to use once daily. The therapy period of both groups is a month. Being in hospital,all cases'plasma NSE level were measured at the first,4th,10th,20th and 30th day, as the score of NIHSS and GGS evaluated.Results:The plasma NSE level of the treatment group showed lower than the one of the control group at the 20th day (p<0.05),the 30th day (p<0.01)ï¼›the NIHSS score of the treatment group was lower than the one of the control group at the 30th day(p<0.05),the NIHSS score difference between the 30th day to the 4th day of the treatment group was higher than the control group'(p<0.05)ï¼›the GCS score of the treatment group was significant lower than the one of the control group at the 30th day (p<0.01),on the contrary,the GCS score difference between the 30th day to the 4th day of the treatment group was significant higher than the control group'(p<0.01).All cases'plasma NSE level and NIHSS score showed highly positive correlation(p<0.01),however,the NSE and the NIHSS,highly negative(p<0.01).Conclusion:That being applied acupuncture tratment to intracerebral hemorrhage stroke patients operated with micro-invasive surgical therapy could improve the neurological deficit and the consciousness to some extent.It indicated that the therapy method should be effective and practicable. The change of plasma NSE level could response to the neurological deficit and the consciousness to some extent and it could be useful for clinical worker to discern the diease and acquire acupuncture therapeutic effect in accordance with the laboratory index.
