Morbidity and mortality of lung cancer increased year by year, the prognosis is poor and the long-term survival rate is low. The lung cancer is China's current largest of cancer. Nothing more than for the treatment of lung cancer surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy and biological treatment of several aspects, Billing Division of the treatment area has long been transformed into a comprehensive treatment,but the prognosis of combined therapy has been unsatisfactory. Therefore, treatment of lung cancer is still the only comprehensive treatment does not work, but also for the multiple factors affecting the prognosis of patients, but to develop individualized treatment programs is particularly important. There are many factors affecting the prognosis, the Comprehensive v. by reading the literature at home and abroad in recent years, the basic can be summarized as follows: age, sex, smoking history, genetic, pathological type, tumor stage, surgical options, the new adjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy and many aspects of biological treatment.
