The Clinical Comparison Study Of Sodium Glycididazole In PHC Patients With Interventional Therapy

bjective:To observe the curative effect and safety of sodium glycididazole in TACE treating PHC patients.Methods:108 PHC patients without therapy were divided into CMNa(54 patients) and control group(54 patients),quorum 81males and 27females;age 34～79 years,ms age 58years;the difference between two groups of sexes, age, tumor diameter, clinical stage, cancer bolt and transfered information was significant deviation.In control group chemotherapeutics were injected into the feeding artery of PHC through the catheter,and the trunk of the feeding artery was embolized with iodized oil 5～30 ml(or and gelatin sponge particle).In CMNa group sodium glycididazole and chemotherapeutics was used together with the drugs mentioned in control group.Two groups complete 2～4 treatment cycles, every cycle 4～6 weeks. The result of treatments after four weeks treatment were evaluated. The arch-index of curative effect include efficient(RR) and time to progression(TTP),deutero-index curative effect include quality of life(QOL),safty and adverse reaction,etc.Results:Efficient of Treatment group and control group distinguish to 74.1% and 48.1%,two groups have significant deviation (P<0.05).A case contains pulmonary metastasis after two treatments primarily and metastasis were disappeared. Ms-TTP distinguish for 12.7 months and 9.1 months in treatment group and control group, the treatment group prolonged for 3.6 months,and two groupts have significant deviation (P<0.05).Two Groups of KPS grade point all has a dissimilarity elevation, but have not significant deviation(P>0.05).The AFP descends two groups have not significant deviation(P>0.05).Liver function damage, reaction of GI, myelosuppression have not significant deviation(P>0.05). Conclusion: Efficient of sodium glycididazole with TACE treating PHC patients patency super simple TACE.Transfer obvious curative effect to liver cancer with pulmonary metastasis.whether can prevent from pulmonary metastasis r to still need a further research with follow-up confirmation;The ability is obvious to prolong TTP of PHC patients,expectation existence rate exaltation, but need to prolong follow-up time;AFP change and QOL grade have no obvious difference; sodium glycididazole is safety,without manifest harm to the function of liver,heart and kidney;Compared with the control group don't increase the reaction of GI, myelosuppression,etc;also do not discover a nerve toxicity.
