| Objective:To observe JPYS of retinoic acid-induced experimental osteoporosis in rats bone metabolism and serum cytokines in the initial study of JPYS'role in the treatment of osteoporosis for the clinical application of experimental based on the study and on the governance of ideas.Methods:50 healthy female SD rats were 18 months'old, were randomly divided into 5 groups:1. Blank control group:fed with distilled water for 28 days,once a day;2. Model group:1-14 days of RA(Ig),15-28 days with distilled water(Ig);3. Positive control group:1-14 days of RA(Ig)+EB(IM),15-28 days of EB(IM);4. High-dose group of JPYS:1-14 days of RA and high-dose of JPYS(Ig), 15-28 days:high-dose of JPYS(Ig);5. Low-dose group of JPYS:1-14 days of RA and low-dose of JPYS(Ig), 15-28 days:low-dose of JPYS(Ig).The 28th day, get the orbital venous blood, separation of serum, serum calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), calcitonin (CT), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). And measure the whole body bone mineral density in rats (BMD) by use DXA.Results:Compared with the control group,model group rats were significantly lower bone mineral density,(P<0.01);compared with model group,positive group,high dose group was significantly higher bone mineral density(P<0.01),low-dose group of bone density increased (P<0.05).Between the groups in serum Ca,P,ALP,CT,There was no significant difference. Compared with model group,blank control group,no significant difference in IGF-l;while compared with model group,high dose group,low-dose group differences (P<0.05).1. JPYS may improve the BMD of Bone Metablism of retinoic acid-induced Osteoporosis Model Rat,and then play a important role in BMD improvement;2. JPYS can increase the IGF-1 levels of Bone Metablism of retinoic acid-induced Osteoporosis Model Rat. |
