On the city's overview of the status of urban and rural sanitation,we prodict based on existing data. The urban and rural sanitation services will expand gradually. The litter production of Changde will reach 2.0513million tons per year and 2.5166 million tons per year. We predict the changes in composition of the garbage,the proportion of the lime soil and animal and plant will be gradually reduced, paper will gradually increase and plastic and rubber will be the same as normal.Based on the forecast,we put forward many aspects,including the whole process of garbage management,the planning of classification and collection of the garbage,the planning of the public toilets and the treatment of the waste, the planning of roads and water area cleaning and make the. overall budget. The total investment will be 250666.9 million yuan, including recent investment 142625.8 million yuan.
