Analysis Resport Of Medical Institution Disinfection Monitoring And Infection Control And Management Status Of Hospital In Urumqi City

Objective:In order to know medical institution disinfection and hospital infection control management status and its influence factors in Urumqi city,to provide scientific basis for strengthening disinfection management and interiorily infection control of hospital. Method:According to demand of Hospital Infection Management Measure, we investigated the environment of medical institution,the interiorily infection control and disinfection quarantine situation of hospital, and investigated the status of the infection control and management institute, the fulfilled rules, the infection incidence rate and the training of infection control knowledge. All questionnaire were filled by investigators. We sampled some have been disinfected object, such as the antoclaves, objects surface, the using disinfector, the hands of the doctor, asepsis objects and ultaviolet radiation lamps etc. All survey methods are come from Sterilization Technological Specification,2002 edition Ministry of Health. Result:we sampling 973 samples from operating room, delivery room, provision room and other key section offices from 33 medical institutes. The 832 samples are eligible, and the average eligibility rate is 85.51%。Among these samlples,34 samples from autoclave,181 samples from the air,290 samples from object surface,110 samples from consistency of disinfector,110 samples from bacterium measure of disinfector,50 samples from asepsis,153 samples from the hands of doctor,45 samples from the ultaviolet radiation lamps, the sample eligibility rate is 97.06%,76.80%,92.41%,99.10%, 93.64%,98.00%,66.67%,64.44%, respectively. Conclusion:There have weakness in disinfection work in all levels hospital in Urumqi, necessary to strengthen the administration of indoor environment of the hospitals. Strengthen the hands disinfection of doctor and nurse. Awareness of standard hands-washing among medical staffs is weak. More training should be supplied to doctors and nurses in order to improve hand hygiene administration. To improve the interiorily infection control quality of hospital, we should enhance the monitoring capacity of the disinfection effect in hospital.
