| Objective:To explore the application of depressive experiences Questionnaire in patients with depression, analysis the relationship between the severity of depression and depressive symptoms and the factors of self-criticism and dependencyMethods:290 depressive who was selected from four hospitals in Changsha and Huaihua were received the structured Clinical Interview and tested with the Center for Epidemiological Survey Depression Scale(CES-D) and the depressive experiences Questionnaire(DEQ).Results:1,The self-criticism score of women with depression was higher than that of man(t=2.048, P=0.041), but no significantly differences were found between female and male in the score of dependency and efficacy.2,The CES-D score, SOM score and AFF score of both high self-criticism and dependency was significantly higher than that of both low self-criticism and dependency group3,There was significantly correlation in the score of self-criticism, dependency and CES-D, SOM, AFF. The efficacy score was correlation with the POS score.4,The self-criticism factor was significantly regressive effect to the CES-D score and the AFF score, the self-criticism has significant regressive effect to the SOM score in man, and the dependency has significantly regressive effect to the SOM score in women.Conclusion:1. The self-criticism and dependency score was significantly different in different gender.2. Both dependency and self-criticism were related to the severity and the symptoms of depression.3. The patients whose scores of dependency and self-criticism were high have shown significant differences in the severity and symptoms of depression.4. The factor of self-criticism could more steadily forcast the symptom of depression than the factor of dependency. |
