In agricultural production, it is becoming a trend that the application of biological pesticides will replace chemical pesticides.The changes of the pH in complex system of metal and L-lysine were measured by using pH potential titration under the ionic strength 0.1 mol/L and teperature 25℃conditions, the stability constants of Lysine with Zn2+(1gK1=10.4, 1gK2=8.8, 1gK3=2.1), Lysine with Cu2+(1gK1=10.6, 1gK2=8.5, 1gK3=2.1), Lysine with Ca2+(1gK1=10.8, 1gK2=8.1, 1gK3=1.6) were obtained by the method of half-integer mapping.The geometry of the Lysine metal-complexes and glutamic acid etal-complexes were op-timized by using density functional theory (DFT) at the B3LYP/6-311+G(3df) level of the gaussian 03 package, and the thermochemical values and energies were calculated, the stabil-ity of the complexes was proved by quantum chemical calcultion.A novel coordination polymer was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of CuSO4·5H2O and glutamic acid. The structure was characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis and TGA-GTA analysis and X-ray single crystal diffractometer. The analysis reveals the crystal in the monoclinic crystal system and P21/n space group, with crystallographic data:a=7.228 nm(10), b=10.2979 nm(2), c=11.0439 nm (2),α=β=γ=90°, V=821.44 nm3(2), Z=4, Dc=1.655 g.cm-3,μ=2.624 mm-1, F(000)=404.00, R1=0.0181, wR2= 0.0452, which is characterized by the X-ray single crystal diffractometer analysis. The central copper(Ⅱ) atom in Cu(C5H9NO4)3(H2O)2 exhibits a six-coordination environment and the manifold hydrogen-bond interactions play an important role in the supramolecular framework of the polymer.The antioxidant effects of the ethanol and petroleum ether extract from Limonium aureum (L.) Hill studied in this work cover ferric ion reducing antioxidant ower assay, DPPH radical scavenging activity, hydroxyl radical scavenging activity, and so on. The results showed the extract from Limonium aureum (L.) Hill has general capacity of antioxidation.A technical process for extracting active compounds from root agent and rod agent's Marigold by adding 70% industry ethanol was introduced. And used the extractions to prepare a two kinds of agrochemical doses, namely agrochemical aqua (9%) and a type of wet powder dose (40%). Then used its aqua and wet powder dose to the tomato gray mold germ and cucumber black star germ in order to measured its indoor poisonous. The result is found, root agent and rod agent's marigold were better restraint effect to the growth of the cucumber black star germ, the inhibition were 74.7% and 65.4% respectively. Root agent and Rod agent's Marigold were not obvious inhibition effect to the tested bacteria colony growth, but even to promote it growth. |
