Studies On Fingerprints And Active Components Of Shaqikang Capsule

ShaQiKang Capsule is mainly composed of Chinese medicine which is a health product for immune regulation. In this paper, the mainly active content of ShaQiKang Capsule was determined. It established a method by HPLC fingerprint in the first time. Different batches of ShaQiKang Capsule were analyzed by similarity software for quality evaluation. Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry was applied to detect paeoniflorin in rat plasma concentrations, and studied metabolism rule of paeoniflorin in rats. The main content could be concluded as follow:First, Studied pretreatment of ShaQiKang CapsuleWith the total number of chromatographic peaks, the extracting efficiency of different compositions was inspected by methanol, alcohol, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate. With paeoniflorin as an indicator, the factors was studied by orthogonal test method and analysis of variance to test the factors of the ratio of extraction solvent, ultrasound time, the number of extraction. Finally, the best method was determined in sample preparation.Second, Fingerprinting of ShaQiKang CapsuleFor the first time, the HPLC fingerprint was established in ShaQiKang Capsule. A standard map of fingerprinting was builded up by using the software that"Similarity of chromatographic fingerprint evaluation system A"which is enacted by state pharmacopeia committee of china. The similarity of different batches were examined in capsules, the similarity of two kinds of negative samples were evaluated and the reliability of the method was checked.Third, Determination of the main active ingredient in ShaQiKang CapsuleThe method for the determination of the main active ingredient in ShaQiKang Capsule has been set up by optimizing chromatographic conditions, choosing detectors, Setting detector. It was compared the content of various active ingredients in different batches that ensure the quality of ShaQiKang Capsule stable and reliable.Fourth, determine the content of paeoniflorin in the human bodyPeople took a certain amount of paeoniflorin and the urine samples were collected in different time periods. It was used in determination of paeoniflorin in the urine samples with LC/MS, and researched paeoniflorin metabolism rules in the human body.
