Objective:To verify the feasibility of a new stent-graft release and to construct an animal juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm model applying to endovascular stent-graft's and hemodynamic study.Methods:1.According to the patients'juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm,we made a physical model. Then we released the new stent-graft into the physical model by DSA.2.The bovine jugular vein segments which had been treated with 0.6% glutaral were removed to fifteen hybrid canines at juxtarenal abdominal aortic to construct aneurysms. The aneurysm models' hemodynamic data were accepted and were contrasted with the patients'juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms.Results:1.We released the fenestration and branched stent-graft into the physical model step by step successfully.the connection between the covered stent and the main stent-graft is secure.2.The operation procedure of all fifteen canines was successful. No canine was died in the operation but 1 canine died after 1 days because of abdominal bleeding and three died after 2 days because of acute renal failure. The models were similar to the patients in such area as the configuration of aneurysm, the proportion of aneurysm's diameter to wall's thick, the elasticity of aneurysm's wall and the blood flow in aneurysm. Like the patients, the systolic, diastolic and mean pressures in the aneurysm of the model were higher than the pressures in the suprarenal aorta, the common iliac artery, the entrance of aneurysm and the exit of aneurysm.Conclusion:1.The feasibility of releasing the new stent-graft into a physical model of juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm is good. 2.This canine's model can be applicated in endovascular stent-graft's and hemodynamic study of juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm. |
